Had coffee with Mervyn over at 3 Monkeys last night and we hammered down some key points of how we are going to make September's 'Community' Event a reality.

Things that we got cleared up:
- Aims and objectives
- Target Audience
- Target VIPs
- Target Sponsors
- Time frame

Things that still needs work:
- Name for the event
- Detailed timeline
- Invitation Packages
- Location
- Liability Insurance
- Food and Beverages
- Sending of Invites

We believe that this can truly be done and it'll be a success.
Now we just need to get a core group of enthusiastic people to work together and make it a reality.
